Aluminum Brazing Technology(Chemical Method)
After applying flux on the parts and drying off, the product is brazed in
the the brazing furnace.
The furnace should maintain dewpont at -40℃
or below
and oxgen concentration at 50
ppm or below.
However, if the parent metal contains magnesium(Mg)
more than 0.5%, it is unable to
apply Chemical Method for brazing,
but Physical Method such as Vacuum brazing.
